What are some fun board games, where the game board changes? Example:
Settlers of Catan - Each time, the board is different.
Zombies!!! - The game starts in the town square, but over time the game board grows and is "explored"

Ghost Stories, a cooperative game, has a board that is created with randomly placed tiles. Its only built from 9 tiles, so it doesn't vary a lot, but it is a great game.
