A venue for my birthday party/sweet 16 in the lower mainland?

Im having my sweet 16 in a couple of months, it is going to be candyland themed. i've been crazy looking for a place to have it i've searched on google over and over and i can't really find anything appealing, i don't care if it's a hall or just somewhere nice, I want it to be indoors and i am going to have about 100 people there I live in Canada, surrey BC so somewhere close by would be nice like vancouver or burnaby
please anybody help me!!!! I am willing to go all out for this party so just any suggestions.
any suggestions or tips on where to look i really need help

Heritage Village, in Burnaby, is fun - and can be rented for special occasions. They even have vaudeville shows and you might be able to arrange one in advance.
