I am the Queen of Candyland Frostine Halloween, but it's a good habit I add anything?

I wear a light blue shirt that says the Queen Frostine in the back of the white puffy paint with sparkles and a blue skirt and white puffy on the Net. I sparky white ribbon ... I use to add the costume and how? More more ... How should I wear my hair? Should I use white tape on it and should wear jewelry? Thank you!

Use your hair ... If you can find a little white and sparkley or spray on hair color that would be! Maybe some white heels? (Tons @ thrift stores!)
